Because EffortlessPosts is a digital product and service that can provide immediate account access, workflow setup, AI-assisted output, automation capability, redeemed access, and other non-tangible benefits, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been delivered, an account has been activated, content or output has been generated, or a billing term has started. Cancelling a subscription prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically reverse charges already processed. If you believe there was a duplicate payment, accidental overbilling caused by the platform, or another clear billing error, contact support promptly so the transaction can be reviewed. We reserve the right to evaluate refund-related requests on a case-by-case basis where required by law or where a documented platform billing error occurred.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity that occurs through your account. You agree not to share access in a way that violates plan limits, not to attempt unauthorized entry into other accounts or systems, and not to use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, deceptive, or abusive purposes.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and publishing the final content you choose to use.
Any Scrambler, rewriter, variation generator, repurposing workflow, or similar tool is intended to help transform source material into alternate forms. Use of those tools does not guarantee originality, legal clearance, policy compliance, copyright safety, or immunity from plagiarism claims. You must have the rights needed to submit source material into the service, and you remain responsible for ensuring that final output complies with copyright law, trademark rights, publicity rights, platform policies, sponsorship disclosure rules, and any other legal requirements that apply to your use.
